MULTI-family housING | PROJECT: INAFLAT ARQUITECTURA
Located in the historic center of a coastal town, this project replaces a former industrial site with two residential buildings. The plot, shaped like four traditional row houses at the end of a block, integrates into the old town fabric while introducing new housing.
The buildings share a common ground floor and are arranged around an open courtyard, maintaining the scale and rhythm of the historic center.
