PLAÇA DE BARCELONA
EXHIBITION PAVILLION | PROJECT: HAUS OF COLOR
Designed by HOC for Domestic Data Streamers and Folch Estudio, this temporary pavilion was created to showcase Barcelona’s potential in an innovative and experiential way. Conceived as an open and permeable polygonal square, it can be reassembled in different outdoor settings.
The structure is formed by 16 modules arranged in a 12-meter circle, reaching 4.5 meters in height. Grouped in sets of four, the modules leave open passages that create three entrances. Built with steel profiles and hidden counterweights, the pavilion combines lightness with stability, ensuring resistance to winds of up to 100 km/h.
